Filled with the subtle flavours of vegetables, fresh whole spices, garam masala, this nutrient vegetarian variant is as rich as its meat counterpart; though this is hotly contested.

Fresh vegetables sauteed in a gravy of whole spices and yoghurt is layered with par cooked long grained basmati rice. This is slow cooked in a sealed pot. Garnished with fried onions and roasted nuts.
