DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery is offered to locations within a three mile radius around the store. Delivery times quoted are estimated and can vary due to conditions beyond our control. Please be patient at busy times. Feel free to contact us to check the status of your order.
If you are unable or fail to collect the delivery and we are unable to contact you on the telephone number provided by you for the order, you are still liable for any charges relating to the order.
The restaurant reserves the right to withdraw or refuse delivery at any time.
Delivery hours are lesser than trading hours.
PAYMENT
Where payment has not been at the time of placing the order, only cash is accepted on delivery.
Please tender the correct change to our delivery drivers as they carry change only up to £10. Payment is only accepted in UK Pounds Sterling.
ORDERING AND REFUND POLICY
Your order is binding. If someone else has placed the order on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.
Please contact the restaurant in case you need to make any changes in your order within 30 minutes of placing the order. These changes will be made at the discretion of the manager. We cannot entertain changes in your order after 30 minutes.
Prices and availability of the dishes may differ from printed menus. They may also vary in case you order through other online services.
Cancellations will be charged in full in case the food that is ordered has already been prepared. Please contact our restaurant for more information.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason (which can include lack of stock, power cuts, road closures and any other unforeseeable reasons), we will do our best to contact you and either refund the order or agree alternative items. If we are unable to contact you on the telephone number that has been given to us for that transaction, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Every order for delivery must have a minimum value of £20. Minimum order values may also apply for credit card use and online orders.
You are not entitled to the order until we have received payment in full.
